CTU, formerly known as Cebu State College of Science and Technology (CSCST), is composed of nine campuses throughout the Province of Cebu. It became a state university on November 10, 2009 by virtue of Republic Act No. 9744. The campuses are located in Cebu City (Main Campus), Argao, Barili, San Francisco, Carmen, Daanbantayan, Danao, Moalboal and Tuburan. The University has nine campuses and 11 extensions. On December 16, 2003, to fully standardize and to highly institutionalize the entire management of its educational system, Cebu State College of Science and Technology was granted Certificate of Registration by Anglo-Japanese American (AJA) Registrars Incorporated in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System Standards, with Certification No. AJA 03/6952 giving it international recognition. On February 7, 2007, CSCST was recertified by AJA Registrars Inc. as ISO 9001:2000 QMS compliant. CTU now houses 20 campuses and around 40, 000 students. It is ISO 9001:2015certifiedand is SUClevel IV (the highest for state universities and colleges). CTU has 101 accredited programs for the undergraduate level and 39 for the graduate level and has an active research and extension centers. Last December 2018, CTU was one of the recipients of the Recognition Award from the Commission on Higher Education for its invaluable contribution to the Training on Internationalization of Higher Education. Recently, CTU was also certified by TUV Rheinland Philippines Inc.

Engr. RonaldM. Galindois the OIC Director of the University Internationalization and ASEAN Integration Office. He is a Mechanical Engineer by profession; has two doctorate degrees, Doctor of Public Administration and Doctor of Philosophy in Technology Management. He was awarded as one of The Outstanding Mechanical Engineer (TOME) last 2018. He is now working as a faculty and at the same time the Associate Dean of the College of Engineering. He has experiences as technical speaker or resource person in various professional activities through professional organizations and was able to author publication and scientific publications in his area of discipline both locally and internationally. As the OIC Director of the Internationalization and ASEAN Integration, he has been establishing and maintaining professional networks with related local, state, national, and international organizations and agencies. He also collaborates with representatives from foreign colleges, universities, and organizations for special projects or programs as required. Engr. Galindo has also participated in various international travels bringing the name of CTU and has been receiving awards in behalf of CTU for its invaluable contribution to the Training on Internationalization of Higher Education.

Dr. Edgar U. Tibay R.is the Vice President, Production, Extension and Business Affairs (PEBA). He is a Professional Mechanical Engineer by profession and a Doctor of Philosophy in Technology Management. He was awarded as one of The Outstanding Mechanical Engineer (TOME) last 2016. He also holds a Professorial rank in the University. As the Vice President for PEBA, he develops and recommends policies and programs related to the core function of the university in terms of production and extension. A scholarly research enthusiast and have published researched works in various research journal. Dr. Tibay has been actively involved in various internationalization stints and has travelled many times for university linkages and collaborations. He has been tasked by the university President to establish a collaborative effort in a number of universities in South Korea resulting to the signing of memoranda to Korean universities, opening opportunities of cooperation internationally. Dr. Tibay was also awarded another international travel by the Japan International Cooperating Agency to avail of the Executive’s Training in Saitama Prefecture Government in Japan and expanding universities drive for global linkages and collaborations.

Atty. Marvey J. Arnoco-Ocampo is the University Legal Officer Designate. She graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education in college; and took up Bachelor of Laws as graduate study. She passed the Bar examination last 2010. She is also a license teacher. As the University Legal Officer Designate, she provides professional legal support and assistance to various legal inquiries and requests, she also issues memoranda, correspondences and notices for concerned employees and memoranda or agencies. She was also awarded numerous awards when she was still a student. Atty. Arnoco is now very active in providing legal support to all the internationalization activities of CTU, like reviewing MOAs and MOUs with international partners and giving insights to the internationalization activities of CTU.

Doris Ogdoc-Gascon is the University Director for Internationalisation and ASEAN Integration (IAI). She has a Doctor of Arts in Literature and Communication degree and is an Associate Professor IV of the University. As the Director for CTU IAI, she is the focal person for international engagements and cooperation.
