Final Report Card Day
In the period of June – October 2022, each of the 12 FRIENDS HEIs in Asia held a project quality related event as part of the campaign to collect feedback concerning the understanding and attitudes of project internal stakeholders towards the FRIENDS project’s key achievements and impact at the end of the project lifetime. In total, 723 internal stakeholders including students, senior managers, faculty members, and administrative staff in the areas of student services and international cooperation across the 12 Asian HEIs involved attended the events (1 per PC HEI) and filled out the Final Report Card Day questionnaire to share their overall level of satisfaction with different project’s aspects. The 723 collected feedback forms were summarized and analyzed, and results and conclusions fed into the Final Internal Evaluation Report.

Final Report Card Day at RTC, September 2022
On 7 September 2022, RTC conducted its Final Report Card Day. The event was part of the campaign to collect feedback concerning the perceptions of project internal stakeholders about the project at the end of its lifetime. During the Final Report Card Day, a brief FRIENDS project overview was made and RTC introduced the key team members behind the FRIENDS project’s management and implementation at the institution. Subsequently, the RTC students who attended the FRIENDS Boot Camp in Bulgaria in the summer of 2022 took the floor and shared their life changing experiences and knowledge gathered through their engagement with FRIENDS. The event finished with Q&A session. Final Report Card Day at RIM, September 2022
On 16 September 2022, RIM conducted its Final Report Card Day. During the event, an overview of the FRIENDS project was presented, as well as the project financial report, updates on the project meetings were given and feedback from participants was collected in the form of questionnaire. 40 attendees participated in the event contributing to the data collection exercise in Work Package 5 Quality. Final Card Report Day at SRU, August 2022
On 25 August 2022, the Final Card Report Day was held at the SRU and was attended by students, teachers and staff. The meeting followed the format set out in the agenda. Most presentations used slides in English with the presenters speaking in Khmer. The Rector of SRU chaired the meeting. Discussions were held on the impact of COVID-19 on the FRIENDS project and the changes that had to be made because of it. Main interest were the presentations by the four SRU students who had attended the FRIENDS Student Boot Camp earlier in summer 2022 with a lot of questions about their experiences and new knowledge acquired. Following the presentations of the students, Dr Srey Mardy gave an interesting talk about Internationalisation at Home and SRU relationships with other universities and countries. 40 survey responses were collected during the event (Event Agenda, Event Presentation, Presentation by the IRO).





Final Report Card Day at DIU, September 2022
In the course of the quality event held at DIU on 12 September 2022, 59 participants attended the Final Report Card Day at DIU. The attendees provided feedback on their attitudes and perceptions towards key project achievements and their impact at both personal and institutional level. Final Report Card Day at APU, September 2022
The Final Report Card Day event took place over two days (14-15 September 2022) to attract as many respondents as possible. The event was organised as part of the campaign to collect feedback concerning the perceptions of key internal stakeholders at APU about the project impact on personal and institutional level at the end of its lifetime. In total, the event received 158 respondents. The survey was converted to Microsoft Forms to allow easy online completion and for analysis to be carried out automatically. Above many other things, feedback received from both APU students and staff indicated that physical activities on campus have been missed and are highlighted as being highly desirable by the student body. Final Report Card Day at BUC, September 2022
On 30 August 2022, BUC conducted a one-day face-to-face event aiming at collecting feedback from the FRIENDS internal stakeholders. The Final Report Card Day event was divided into two sessions – one for the staff and one for the students. Both sessions began with the presentation showing BUC’s achievements within the project since its inceptions. Time was also allocated for Q&A. During the event, 41 survey responses were received. Final Report Card Day at SLU, August 2022
On 20 August 2022, SLU conducted its Final Report Card Report Day. Students and staff gathered together to discuss the accomplishments of the Internationalisation at Home (IaH) strategy and the success in building intercultural awareness and development of global competencies and global mindset. The Final Report Card Day was also attended by the FRIENDS Boot Camp participants and emphasized on the important role that the Teahouse has had since its establishment. The event finished with the attendees filling out a survey about assessing the accomplishments thus far of the FRIENDS project since its inception in 2018. The results of the survey questionnaire show that more than 70% of the respondents learned about IaH through engagement and participation in FRIENDS project activities. This figure shows the importance of active promotion of the IaH within and outside SLU. During the event, 102 survey responses were received. Final Report Card Day at UC, September 2022
The Final Report Card Day 2022 at UC was a contribution to the ongoing quality control and evaluation through feedback provision, collection and analysis of the FRIENDS project results. The UC event was held on 12 August 2022 at the UC Bloomberg Laboratory. It served as a 1-day feedback collection campaign among UC’s target groups and internal stakeholders to determine the registering perceptions of the FRIENDS impact. Final Report Card Day at CTU, September 2022
A Final Report Card Day was held at the CTU as part of a campaign to collect feedback concerning the perceptions of the internal stakeholders on the project’s progress. More than 60 participants attended the virtual event on 19 September 2022. The attendees were asked to fill out a report card in order to gather the necessary statistical information about the project results and achievements at institutional level. 62 responses were received (Agenda of the Event, Presentation of the FRIENDS Project Progress)


Final Report Card Day at PSU, June 2022
On 20 June 2022, PSU hosted a zoom meeting for the Final Report Card Day of the FRIENDS project under the theme “FRIENDS Day”. Asst. Prof. Dr. Wongkot Phuphumirat, Assistant President for International Affairs and PSU FRIENDS project team leader, welcomed the audience and delivered the project presentation. In addition, a special lecture on the topic “Acceleration of Internationalisation at Home (IaH) through University Networks” by Asst. Prof. Dr. Romyen Kosaikanont, Director, SEAMEO Regional Centre for Higher Education and Development was conducted. Internal PSU stakeholders, including administrators, faculty members, supporting staff, and students, were in attendance. Attending participants were given a questionnaire to evaluate the project’s implementation.
Of the total 40 collected responses, half are from PSU students and another half are from PSU staff. The results show more than 80% of the survey contributors have learned about the concept of IaH through engagement and participation in FRIENDS project activities at PSU. Every respondent (100%) thinks that IaH is high on the university’s agenda and that there is an institutional commitment towards IaH. Final Report Card Day at PYU, 2022
On 5 October 2022, PYU held the Final Report Card Day at the Center for Social Impact. 42 participants, students and staff, attended the event and 40 survey responses were received. Final Report Card Day at MSU, 2022
On 19 October 2022, MSU was the online host to the Final Report Card Day activity scheduled under the FRIENDS project. The MSU project teams showed presentations of the achieved results and project impact to this day to various internal stakeholders, including research staff, managerial staff, faculty, and students. Subsequently, attendees were asked to fill out a questionnaire thus sharing insights into their understanding and attitudes towards the project.
