The 12 Institutional IaH Action Plans shared below were endorsed by the 12 Asian HEIs following a number of awareness raising events called Campus & Curriculum: InterRationalise This!. The round table discussions took place across the 12 Asian universities in FRIENDS between late August 2019 and early February 2020 and aimed to streamline the university-wide conversations on how to stimulate and enhance the processes of IaH at institutional level for the benefit of all students and, in particular, those who for one reason or another never take part in an outbound mobility during their university studies. The different university profiles and levels of IaH developments and trends identified in the IaH Infographic Reports prepared at FRIENDS’ initial stage are reflected in the diversity of the adopted IaH Action Plans. The 12 PC HEIs revisited their Institutional IaH Action Plans towards the end of the project as part of the efforts to ensure project results sustainability after the end of the project lifetime.
When asked about IaH Action Plans’ relevance and topicality, 88% of the 758 internal stakeholders interviewed across the consortium in the framework of the 12 Interim Report Card Days confirmed their satisfaction with the adopted institutional documents, and 76% of the respondents found that the documents have a real impact and are efficient at institutional level.
