Mandate: To impart, promote and improve professional knowledge and skills in management and public administration in both public and private sector in Bhutan. 

Objective: To enhance “the efficiency and effectiveness of the managerial and administrative manpower, particularly at the senior and middle levels.”

Mrs. Sonam
Pelden Thaye has a Masters degree in Public policy, specialized in development
administration from Australian National University and a recipient of the
prestigious Hubert H. Humphrey fellowship, and also an alumni of Indian
Administrative Service. She is currently the Head of the Institution and is
responsible for the over administration of the institution. Prior to her transfer
to RIM, she was the Director of Ministry of Labour of Human Resources. For this
project, Mrs. Sonam is the legal representative.

Mr. Dorji Peljor currently serves as Program Officer in Policy & Planning Division of the institute. He has Post Graduate in Public Administration and BA in Economic & environmental Studies. He is responsible for liaise and linkages with the like minded institution beside drawing plan and programs of the institute. In this project, he is the focal point of contact.

Miss. Sonam Wangmo has Masters in Professional Accounting University of Canberra. She comes with 8 plus years of experience in handling the accounts, budgeting and fund mobilization. She serves as Finance Officer currently and will be responsible in making sure the project fund utilization is in-line with the set financial rules and regulations.
